Bryan P. Goff

Bryan has experience representing financial institutions in diverse matters involving structured finance and derivatives, including transactions, restructuring, and litigation. He also counsels financial institution clients on issues such as evaluating complex transaction documents and legal arbitrage trading strategies. He represents financial institutions in connection with investigations by the Securities and Exchange Commission and internal regulatory investigations.

Bryan’s legal practice is enriched by computer programming experience and a degree in computer science and engineering. Prior to practicing law, Bryan worked as a web developer for over a decade, and he has several years of experience designing and programming server-side web applications. He also worked as a market surveillance analyst in the legal and regulatory department of the International Securities Exchange in New York, where he focused on data analytics, application, and database programming.
