Benjamin Davies

Benjamin Davies advises international and local clients on a range of UK and international corporate and commercial matters, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, and general corporate matters. He completed his training contract at Morgan Lewis, working in the firm’s corporate, finance, and litigation practices. Benjamin also spent six months in the firm’s Brussels office gaining experience in EU antitrust and regulatory matters.
