Partner Jacqueline Berman was quoted in a Bloomberg Law article about how the Trump administration’s health agency nominees will impact enforcement and compliance at the Food and Drug Administration. Jacqueline shared her predictions as part of a panel at the Food and Drug Law Institute’s Enforcement, Litigation, and Compliance Conference. She noted that any potential actions from the new leadership would not likely be a “day one” change.
“We’re dealing with an established structure. While policy changes might be made at the upper levels, how much that’s going to trickle down into the day to day operations, it’s a little bit unclear right now,” Jacqueline said.
