Partner Merryn Craske was quoted in a GlobalCapital Securitization article discussing changes to how the securitization market will be regulated in light of the EU consultation’s closure.
“It’s been a great chance for the industry to respond and make their points,” said Merryn. “[The Commission] will have a lot of information, which they will go through in detail. We will have to see what they say when they come back.”
