BOSTON, July 26, 2024: Morgan Lewis partner Steven Browne was recognized as a Distinguished Leader as part of Law.com’s second annual New England Legal Awards, which honor professional excellence in law in Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Vermont. The Distinguished Leader Award recognizes lawyers who achieve impressive career results and demonstrate clear leadership skills that help them attain those results.
The global leader of the firm’s corporate and business transactions practice, Steve leads a team of lawyers located throughout business centers around the world. His global practice, which spans 30 plus years, encompasses representing household-name technology, defense, and retail clients. He has advised clients on hundreds of M&A transactions with an aggregate deal value in the billions. In addition to having served as corporate and business transactions practice leader, Steve was previously elected to and served on the firm’s management committee, as Managing Partner for Client Service.
Steve and other honorees will be celebrated at an awards dinner in Boston on September 26.
