Partner Roger Joseph spoke to Fund Directions about some of the challenges ahead for fund-industry directors in 2022, including combating virtual meeting fatigue, increasing board diversity, and dealing with major changes in the regulation of derivatives and valuations. With the compliance deadline for the last of those challenges slated for around Q3 2022, Roger said that “for many organizations, there’s still a fair amount of to do.”
