LOS ANGELES, December 21, 2020: Morgan Lewis partners Neeraj Arora and Seth Gerber have been named by the Los Angeles Business Journal for “Thriving in Their 40s." The annual list recognizes individuals across seven industries who have impacted the Los Angeles business community. Neeraj and Seth were selected based on their professional accomplishments as well as their commitment to community service and pro bono work.
Neeraj is a leader of Morgan Lewis’s energy storage team, which represents sponsors, financial institutions, and utilities in connection with the development, acquisition, disposition, and financing of significant infrastructure projects. He advises companies on a broad range of large energy infrastructure assets, including conventional (gas and coal) and renewable (energy storage, solar, wind, biomass, and geothermal) power generation projects, transmission lines, and pipelines.
Seth, the leader of Morgan Lewis’s intellectual property trade secrets working group, represents companies and individuals in intellectual property and business litigation involving a wide range of claims, including misappropriation of trade secrets, breach of contract, intentional interference, and breach of fiduciary duty. He also counsels clients with respect to defining, classifying, and protecting their confidential, proprietary, and trade secret information.
