The SEC Historical Society: Regional Offices

The SEC Historical Society hosts a special program bringing together the leadership of the Boston, New York, Atlanta, and Philadelphia Regional Offices for a roundtable discussion as part of the new gallery on the history of the SEC’s Regional Offices for its Virtual Museum of Financial Regulation.

The session includes four current Regional Office directors – Antonia A. Apps (New York), Silvestre A. Fontes (Boston), Nekia Hackworth Jones (Atlanta), and Nicholas P. Grippo (Philadelphia) – and will be moderated by SEC Historical Society Trustee, Vice President of Museum Program, and Morgan Lewis partner Jeffrey Boujoukos.

Topics will include:

  • The impact of technological advances
  • Seminal enforcement cases
  • Programs and staffing
  • The working relationships with SEC headquarters, state and local authorities, exchanges, and other entities
