Sebastian Dexheimer advises private equity investors and corporate clients on German and cross-border transactions across industries. Sebastian brings years of experience representing clients both on the buy side and the sell side as well as in co-investments and management participations.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Sebastian worked in the private equity/mergers and acquisitions practice of another international law firm.

Represented funds advised by LEA Partners GmbH in the following transactions:

  • Combination of Chaos Group and Cylindo ApS (funds also advised by TA Associates)
  • Agreement to combine the businesses of Enscape and Chaos
  • Sale of PROCAD Group to Revalize
  • Sale of IDL Group to insightsoftware
  • Acquisition of majority stake in Base-Net Informatik AG
  • Acquisition of all shares in TAIFUN Software AG
  • Acquisition of majority stake in b+m Group

Represented funds advised by ECM in the following transactions:
