Monica Ratajczak defends and counsels employers in employment and traditional labor matters, including individual plaintiff and representative action litigation, wage and hour litigation and compliance, and workforce-related counseling. Monica also represents clients in collective bargaining matters and National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) proceedings. While in law school, she served as the editor-in-chief of the UC Law San Francisco International Law Review, Volume 46.
