Michael C. D’Agostino is an experienced litigator and trial lawyer who handles a wide range of complex matters in both state and federal courts across the United States and abroad. In his practice, Michael assists clients in Connecticut employment law matters, responding to governmental investigations and subpoenas, and insurance and reinsurance related disputes. He also has a deep understanding of the role insurance and reinsurance brokers play in helping their clients secure and maintain coverage and resolving disputes that arise in that arena. Michael also currently serves as a member of the Connecticut Legislature, where he chairs the General Law Committee.
Michael has advised Connecticut-based employers on the state’s COVID-19 protocols and reopening guidelines. He has tracked workers’ compensation–related developments during the COVID-19 pandemic and has advised on executive orders, legislation, and state laws that impact the analysis of workers’ compensation for COVID-19.
