Jared W. Rogers is involved in a variety of aspects of the firm’s employee benefit practice, including, but not limited to, amending and restating qualified retirement plans, 403(b) plans, and church plans; correcting qualified retirement plan defects; preparing IRS determination letter filings; and drafting summary plan descriptions and other employee communications. Jared also has experience analyzing the employee benefit aspects of mergers and acquisitions.
In addition to his undergraduate degree, Jared received his certificate of graduation from the Institute for Employee Benefits Training (The Philadelphia Institute) in 1996.
