Ed Brown-Humes represents clients in complex commercial litigation and arbitration proceedings. He has acted for clients across a broad range of industry sectors including mining, energy and offshore, shipping and commodities, defense, construction and infrastructure, banking, and aviation. He also has experience advising policyholders on insurance recovery disputes. Ed has acted in matters before the English courts and under many of the common arbitral institutional rules including ICSID, ICC, UNCITRAL, LCIA, LMAA, as well as ad-hoc.
