Drew advises clients on settlement discussions, negotiating with government and regulatory agencies, contaminated site investigations, and formation of potentially responsible party groups in connection with contaminated sites. Drew handles matters involving groundwater and drinking water contamination, hazardous materials and wastes, property damage, contaminant migration, and historic war plants. He works closely with experts and consultants on complex environmental and regulatory issues in the areas of contaminated site remediation, vapor intrusion, groundwater modeling, and economic damages modeling. As part of his environmental counseling and litigation practice, Drew is also part of the firm’s ESG and sustainability advisory, carbon, and climate industry teams.
