Brian Loughnane works with a team of litigators to advise clients in multiple industries on complex commercial and corporate disputes. Before joining Morgan Lewis, he was an associate at another Delaware law firm, focusing on bankruptcy, commercial, and corporate litigation. While in law school, Brian represented immigration detainees before regional immigration courts, US District Courts, and the US Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit as a student advocate with Drexel University’s Federal Litigation and Appeals Clinic.
