NEW YORK, August 10, 2020: Morgan Lewis represented Randall & Quilter (R&Q) Investment Holdings Ltd. in its agreement to combine its wholly owned subsidiary, Sandell Re Ltd., with Tradesman Program Managers LLC in return for a 35% interest in the combined entity.
R&Q is a non-life global specialty insurance company operating two core businesses: program management and legacy insurance. Tradesman is a New York-based managing general agent that underwrites construction-related liability insurance.
