Partner Sara Aranjo will be speaking on the panel Preserving the Values of Arbitration – The Next 10 Years at the Singapore International Arbitration Centre’s Annual Symposium.

The panel discussion will examine the core value propositions of arbitration. Are time and cost savings still significant advantages? How do we balance confidentiality with transparency, and due process with efficiency? The panelists will explore these questions and consider other potential benefits of arbitration as well as discuss strategies for maintaining these value propositions, identify when they may be challenged, and highlight the conditions under which they are most effectively achieved.
