Yunica Jiang

Associate

Yunica Jiang focuses her practice on government investigations, complex commercial disputes, and antitrust litigation. She advises and represents corporations and individuals in connection with internal investigations and enforcement actions brought by government regulators, including the US Department of Justice and the US Securities and Exchange Commission. In addition, Yunica maintains an active pro bono practice focused on immigration matters.

During law school, Yunica served as an articles editor for the Temple Law Review and as a judicial intern for Judge Eduardo C. Robreno of the US District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. She also served as the President of the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association and interned at a chemical manufacturing company as a Philadelphia Diversity Law Group fellow.

Prior to law school, Yunica worked in commercial procurement for a global pharmaceutical company and in product development for a national retail pharmacy chain. Yunica is a native Mandarin speaker.
