Gilles also advises on the structuring, formation, fundraising, and investment of French and Luxembourg funds across a wide range of asset classes, including private debt, private equity, infrastructure, funds of funds, continuation funds, and secondaries (GP-led or LP-led). He also advises more than 20 fintech companies. Gilles speaks French and English and is fluent in German.
