Damos Anderson focuses his practice on antitrust transactions and litigation, including merger review, Hart-Scott-Rodino (HSR) filings, private equity transactions, and both private and governmental litigation and compliance matters. Damos also counsels on artificial intelligence (AI) and algorithms offering strategic insights into the intersection of technology and antitrust law. Damos is experienced in assessing HSR reportability, preparing HSR forms, completing filing preparations, managing second request responses, and conducting substantive antitrust analysis of competitor transactions.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Damos worked at the Federal Trade Commission as an attorney advisor intern for Chairman Maureen Ohlhausen. He earned his J.D., with Honors, from The George Washington University Law School in 2018.
