We represent clients in public and private domestic and cross-border corporate matters, including M&A and private equity, contract, asset management including fund formation and alternative investment management, banking and finance including regulatory guidance, intellectual property and privacy, tax, project development, joint ventures, corporate governance, and general corporate advisory. We also have assisted with projects in more than 40 African countries for clients operating in or seeking to capitalize on Africa’s tremendous growth.

Our team advocates vigorously for clients in a range of international business disputes, with a particular focus on complex commercial litigation. We also handle international arbitration and insolvency-related disputes, as well as corporate compliance and investigations. Our experience includes representing clients in disputes involving industrial risks, commercial contracts, banking, bankruptcy, construction, and real estate portfolio management.

We guide French and global companies through multijurisdictional employment issues, including trade union and employee representative law, outsourcing, individual and collective dismissals, executive terminations, and other employment matters arising in M&A, restructurings, and other reorganizations. We also assist in establishing pension, employee savings, and social plans, and regularly provide guidance and legal representation in labor dispute litigation.
