In a roundup of the week’s “Legal Lions,” Law360 highlighted a Morgan Lewis victory on behalf of Urban Outfitters. The company beat back a lawsuit from a bankrupt online fashion rental company claiming the retailer stole its proprietary information to set up a competing business, with a Philadelphia federal jury finding that the clothing chain did not misappropriate trade secrets.
