DUBAI, NEW YORK, October 11, 2023: Morgan Lewis is advising Mered, an international real estate developer, on the establishment of its presence in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and, in particular, the construction of a flagship residential project in Dubai Internet City, including the incorporation of holding and project companies, development arrangements, structuring of financing of the projects, and various UAE general corporate, regulatory, and day-to-day operational matters.
