Sarah K. Walker is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Labor and Employment Practice. Ms. Walker focuses her practice on the defense of a variety of clients against complex federal and state employment law claims, including claims based upon discrimination, the Fair Labor Standards Act, state law breach of contract, and tort actions. Ms. Walker also represents clients in charges before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Florida Commission on Human Relations.
Ms. Walker received her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2008, where she was named to the Order of the Coif and served as senior articles editor for the University of Florida Journal of Law and Public Policy. Prior to attending law school, she taught high school language arts for two years at Fort Pierce Central High School in Fort Pierce, Florida. Ms. Walker received her B.A. in English and political science from the University of Wisconsin, Madison in 2003.
