Partner Pardeep Singh Khosa and associate Chelsea Pollard will participate in the 2024 Ho Chi Minh City International Construction Arbitration Conference held on 25–26 April, 2024.
Pardeep will participate on the panel Delay Penalty and Delays Damages as part of the larger discussion of Section A: International Construction Contract – When Contract Clause Contradicts the Governing Law.
Chelsea will take part in the ASEAN Construction ADR Roundtable to provide a perspective from the Middle East on alternative dispute resolution (ADR) within the construction industry given the increasing cross-border investments between the Middle East and Asia.
The event is hosted by the Society of Construction Law – Vietnam (SCLVN), Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC), and International Law Faculty of Ho Chi Minh City University of Law.
