2021 saw record-breaking activity in capital markets. Howard Kenny, a leading special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) practitioner and member of the firm’s SPAC task force, will discuss some of the most important legal issues companies may face when considering going public through a SPAC, and for SPACs themselves when seeking an acquisition target.
