Jasmine Kaliyeva

Jasmine Kaliyeva focuses her practice on corporate, antimonopoly, and labor law, with a particular emphasis on projects in the renewable energy sector. Since graduating summa cum laude from KIMEP University, Jasmine has been involved in a number of financing, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and renewable energy projects. In addition, Jasmine participates in the firm’s pro bono initiatives.
