ML 1L Diversity Fellowship

Building a diverse team of lawyers is a core value at Morgan Lewis and part of our strategic focus. Our goals are to promote diversity in the legal profession and to attract future leaders who are committed to the importance of diversity and inclusion.

Global Reach

Morgan Lewis has offices around the world, in cities as diverse as Singapore, New York, and Dubai. This wealth of resources gives our clients, lawyers, and staff an almost unlimited reach, and allows us to conduct business on a global scale.

Diversity & Inclusion

The commitment to a diverse workforce begins at the top. A wide variety of backgrounds, experiences, and points of view strengthens the work we do and helps us meet the needs of our clients with greater understanding, sophistication, and skill. Recruiting highly talented individuals from diverse fields with varied background and experiences is a key focus in our recruiting efforts.

ML Women

Morgan Lewis women are trailblazers in their areas of expertise, leading distinguished careers, and mentoring those who are just beginning to forge their path in business or law. The ML Women program fosters new relationships and strengthens current partnerships by connecting our lawyers with leading women in business and industry, with colleagues across the firm, and with our alumni.

Pro Bono

Pro bono work is an integral part of the Morgan Lewis culture. We encourage all of our lawyers to become involved with public service at the earliest stages of their careers. Our lawyers receive billable-hour credit for pro bono time charges, and we are a signatory to the Pro Bono Institute’s Law Firm Pro Bono Challenge, through which we pledge to devote 3% of our billable time to pro bono matters.

ML Community Engagement

Leading from a socially responsible and community driven approach, ML Community Engagement is a central tenet of our firm’s culture, bringing our people together to positively impact the communities where we live and work through volunteerism, charitable giving, and sustainability.
