CENTURY CITY, PHILADELPHIA, May 16, 2024: Morgan Lewis has been recognized by Mergers & Acquisitions as lead counsel for Cloud Light Technology in its sale to Lumentum Holdings, which was honored as the 2024 Middle-Market Deal of the Year in the technology sector.
Under the terms of the agreement, Lumentum acquired Cloud Light for approximately $750 million. As lead counsel for Cloud Light, Morgan Lewis coordinated the efforts of multiple firms (on both sides of the transaction) located across the globe.
