We also counsel global commodity, energy, and petrochemical clients in transactions throughout Europe and Africa.

Our team advises multinational and French clients on a broad range of international business disputes, with a particular focus on complex commercial litigation. We also handle international arbitration and insolvency-related disputes. Our recent matters have included disputes relating to industrial risks, commercial contracts, banking, bankruptcy, construction, and real estate portfolio management.

We counsel French and global companies on multijurisdictional employment issues, including trade union and employee representative law, outsourcing, individual and collective dismissals, executive terminations, and other employment matters arising in mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, and other types of reorganizations. We also assist clients in establishing pension, employee savings, and social plans. And we regularly provide guidance and legal representation in labor dispute litigation.
