Our Scope

In addition to capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity transactions, our Hong Kong team focuses on securities regulation, ongoing regulatory compliance, corporate and debt restructuring, and corporate and commercial matters. We also advise global clients on antitrust and labor and employment issues, and represent them in internal and government investigations, international arbitration, and in litigation before the high courts in Hong Kong.
