Our Scope

We handle the full spectrum of investment funds and pooled investment vehicles, including retail mutual funds, hedge funds, private equity funds, and specialty funds. Our lawyers also advise on financial regulatory reforms in the United States and Europe, and the effect of the reforms on clients throughout the Asia-Pacific region.
