Allison Soilihi is a corporate energy lawyer focusing on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity transactions, joint ventures, and project development. Allison advises clients in connection with production sharing agreements, joint operating agreements, mineral resources transportation and supply agreements, and sale and purchase agreements of energy assets across the upstream, midstream, and downstream cycle. She also counsels on a variety of M&A and general corporate matters in France and the United Kingdom, as well as in emerging markets. Allison is an active member of the firm’s energy industry team, international energy and projects working group, and hydrogen working group.
Before joining Morgan Lewis, Allison worked in the energy department of another international law firm in Paris. Prior to that, she was a legal and tax adviser for a major oil and gas company in France and Egypt. Allison holds the Certificat d’Aptitude à la Profession d’Avocat from the Bar Association of Paris (France); a specialized master's degree, with honors, in international business law and management from ESSEC Business School (France); a postgraduate law degree, with honors, in tax law; and a specialized university graduate degree in business law, taxation, and accountancy from Aix-en-Provence Law University (France). She is dually qualified in France and in England and Wales, and is fluent in English, French, and Spanish.
